More Defined Vanilla Vault Suit

This is a vault suit re-texture. It goes for a lore-friendly look but addresses the problem of the vanilla suit being a bit lacking in detail and definition, they kind of look like just a plain blue suit unless you look closely, with a 4k monitor.

My recolor honestly doesn't change that much, aside from the obvious recolor, the original hex mesh should be slightly more visible, and the remaining dirt  is removed.

Both the new and dirty versions are included and they do look different. Also to note the numbers on the back is just a decal added to a base texture so this affects suits from all vaults. This includes all 4 male/female clean/dirty variants.

To the overly sensitive paranoid conspiracy theorists. This is in no way shape or form related to other mods so I feel no obligation to "credit" anyone else. There are only so many general areas on the suit and there are only so many ways to recolor each of those areas it's inevitable some of them will look similar.
