As a survival player I feel the vault-tec Sink, water fountain & decontamination Arch shouldn't be available to a fresh character straight out the vault.
But I feel like I have kept the requirements reasonable for players who invest in these certain perks and are rewarded with some very helpful settlement objects.
Sink & water fountain now requires the perk lead belly rank 2, and also requires more than just 3 steel to create.
Decontamination Arch will require science rank 2 and also medic rank 1, and components needed are slightly increased.
