Better younger male textures, 4k body, reduced patchy colors (yellows & reds), smoother skin, better abs definition, cleaner underwear, cleaned up normal maps. Includes buff and less buff variants, as well as a hairy version., see screenshot comparisons for the differences.
The body is in 4k, however, the face/hands are vanilla size.
