Adds in 3 x new lore-friendly innkeeper stands that finally bring the role of innkeeper to a settlement near you!

- Visitors and travelling NPC's will now rent (and pay for) beds at the inns. (Includes travelling merchants, caravan guards, provisioners and NPC's from the following mods:

- Dialogue boxes replaced with real dialogue for both player and innkeeper (using vanilla lines).

- Assigned settlers will receive title of Innkeeper/Lodge Master/Proprietor.

- Innkeepers will only buy and sell aid items (food/water/meds), they don't want your junk.

- Settlers will no longer use inn beds (except innkeepers) and inn beds do not count towards settlement bed count.

- Beds can be rented for player companions/followers.

- Significant optimisation and efficiency improvements.

- SAFE TO UPDATE ON EXISTING SAVE BUT YOU WILL NEED TO SCRAP AND REBUILD EXISTING OBJECTS AND REASSIGN INNKEEPERS.

Travelling NPC's will 'rent' a bed if one is available and they are inside the settlement boundary when the player enters.

Travellers will only sleep in the beds between midnight and 6am, but may go to bed at staggered times throughout this period.

When a settlements unloads after the player leaves all inn guests are automatically unassigned (except the player who pays for 24 hours).

To assign travellers without leaving and returning to a settlement select the Hear anything/News option from the innkeeper dialogue which will automatically scan for visitors and assign them to available beds.

Travellers will only pay a small price for beds, not subject to market demand like the player is (6 caps/10 caps/16 caps), 50% of which goes to the innkeeper and 50% to the workshop.

Assigned Caravan Brahmin and Patrol Dogs will stay at their trough/kennel until assignment is cleared (generally 6am or whenever the other travellers get up). This will usually allow them to leave the settlement at the same time as their merchant/patrol leader, however is this person was not assigned an inn bed they may leave the settlement without them. Once cleared they will run off to find their leader. Alternatively you can just leave and when the settlement unloads they will fast travel back to their merchant/leader.
