Settlement Blueprint Abernathy Farm

Very simple overhaul of the Abernathy farm, making the place more cosy for the living.

I didnt change the global shape of the structure, the pylon leaving few room for improvment. It's now more spacious and warm, with several places to rest after a hard day of croping. Abernathy family got their own bedroom while the workers have to share common rooms. There's a catwalk all around the construction on the roof for easy defense and fire barrels surround the whole area for spoting any trespasser.

There are some npc markers i had to scrap so they dont "lean on a wall" in the air, but i may have missed some...

As usual, don't expect settlers to do anything smart, they will keep bumping into a wall and teleport somewhere else to bump into another wall etc etc etc

I will do what i can to provide support if you have any issue with my blueprints, but please be sure to have read and done everything adviced on the Transfert Settlement mod page before. Be also sure to have check your load order.

IMPORTANT:

1/ I kept some of the vanilla assets, so i advice doing the import first before starting to scrap stuff.

2/ Wire lines are exported in the file.

3/ Marker based items are also exported in the file.

4/ Settlers will likely be unable to find their way, as usual...
