Security Helmet Expanded

I always liked the simple but functioning look of the security helmet with the lowered visor; however, Lowered Visor for Security Helmet doesn't work anymore (for some reason), and Useful Security Helmets adds its own variation, rather than changing the base game item. So I decided to make one myself, with some more options just because.

  []Tweaked the clear visor's material file so it has a bit more visibility under the strong light.

  []The Headband slot-46 is cleared for equipping with the gas mask and such.

  Also, I added a custom INNR, so sorting mods might need patching.

  Helmets on existing saves need to be modded on the workbench at least once for the mod to work. NPCs who were already wearing them will appear bald.
