Scrounger's Weekly is a magazine collection which adds 6 new magazines to collect, each will give a perk with a +5 carry weight bonus.
Where to find: Four of the magazines can be found along the path of the main quest, the other two are in locations related to sidequests, don't worry they are not to hard to find. The file named "Spoilers" contains the locations, you can find it in the files section, under miscellaneous.

Issues: Not really an issue, but each magazine will add its own perk, this may clutter the perk list a bit. I tried creating one perk with 6 ranks but they where canceling each other out.
