Roadside Pines Motel

This mod adds a fully functional Settlement to the Roadside Pines Motel.

I have updated this mod to include a bathroom and kitchenette in every room. If you are updating to the newest version, you may have to rearrange you rooms.

Version 0. 0. 1 will still be available as "old files" for those who want COMPLETELY empty rooms.

Its been fully repaired and Navmeshed. The pool has been lit and filled with clean water. I even put in a small water pond for purifiers. The five rooms are empty (excluding the kitchenettes and bathrooms) so you can decorate how you like.

Toilets and sinks in the bathrooms in every room are usable. Settlers should use the toilet as they would any other piece of furniture.

All the cooking stove in every room have been made usable cooking stations. Settlers should also use these as they would any other cooking stations.

All the dead trees are scrappable with vanilla scrapping. There isn't any junk or trash anywhere.

There is a trashcan next to the fusion generator, if you scrap it, the fusion generator will scrap with it. That way you can build your own in its spot.

I have set up a visible build border that is the exact size of the settlement. Settlers will sandbox throughout the settlement.

There is still one Raider who wears power armor still there guarding the place. But he is easily dispatched because he is weak. I would lead him away and kill him off the property, but the choice is yours.

This mod has been fully cleaned with FO4Edit.
