📋 About This Mod
Adds a fully working and tested player settlement to the Nahant Bar and Restaurant. ESL file now optional.
Nahant Bar and Grille Settlement
Adds a fully working and tested settlement to the Nahant Bar and Restaurant in Nahant. I have fixed the roof and added doors for you. There is a large build area with a border so you know where you can build. All the random spawns have been disabled so you can have a peaceful settlement, unless you are attacked.
I left it pretty empty so you can build whatever you like, your way. The mailbox cannot be deleted since it is marked for Railroad dead drops.
Update 1. 1 implemented bug fixes and removed unused references from the file. As well as adding a few new items to the settlement, including oil lamps and a working NukaCola Machine.
I have cleaned the mod with FO4Edit. I have included an ESL located under optional files. And please remember to use only the ESL or the ESP, not both.
