Riot Armor Redux - Fix - Rebalance - Distribute

This mod fixes, re-balances, and distributes the Riot Armor from Riot Armor - Redux by WhiskyTangoFawks.

Credit to Sweet6Shooter and their mod Riot Armor (Female Addon) LL and Rebalance for the inspiration for this.

I noticed there were a few issues with the mod, so I decided to fix them.

- The Riot Armor pieces no longer clip through clothing it should be able to fit nicely over.

Renamed the Chest Piece to have the proper name.

Removed paint keywords from all of the armor pieces, since the armor really only ever stays black.

I wanted to make the Riot Armor fill a role of improved combat armor thats stronger than regular combat armor, but not as strong as marine armor.

Increased the Base Damage Resistance of each piece of Riot Armor by 1.

Increased the Energy Damage Resistance to be equal to the amount of Base Damage Resistance for each piece of Riot Armor.

Rebalanced the cap value of each piece of armor, as some were dirt cheap and others were exorbitantly expensive.

Added Epic entries into the Mod Templates for each piece of Riot Armor. This means that Riot Armor pieces with high-level mods will spawn on Boss NPCs

Added BoS entries into the Mod Templates for each piece of Riot Armor. This means that if you have another mod that adds Riot Armor to BoS NPCs, the armor will have the BoS armor mod attached to it.

DISTRIBUTION

Riot Armor - Redux doesn't actually distribute it's armor to any NPCs. I have, however.

Gives Riot Armor to Captain Wes, Captain Bridget, and Commander Kaylor, Semi-fitting how they were dressed before.

Gives Unnamed Gunner Bosses a small chance to wear Riot Armor pieces, with increasing odds as you level up. (REQUIRES ROBCO PATCHER by Zzyxzz)
