⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2020—may not be compatible with the latest Fallout 4 patches or DLC
- Only affects settler names—no other gameplay changes
For Fallout 4 players who love settlement building and want to add a personal touch to their communities. If you're tired of seeing 'Settler' everywhere and want to feel like a real mayor, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for gameplay overhauls—this is purely cosmetic.
