Patch for Radical - COA Addons. Fixes broken INNR, dirty edits and makes main plugin esl. With (optional) patching for various tweaks.

Main Replacer

- Fixes all dirty PreCombine edits.

- Changed PA INNR to use unique one.

- Made save-safe ESL.

Shard Launcher

• []Shards are now directly looted and no longer crafted from rocks.

  []1 rock now equals 12 shards instead of 8.

  []Uses CROSS_BreakActionLaser script to add extra consumption to improved receivers.

• []Added 12 shard fragment consumption.

  []Reduced Explosive Damage from 350 to 150.

  []Added +100% (+50) ballistic damage.

  []Added 3sec 25 radiation hazard on impact location.

  Power Armor

  • []Changed Atom Blessed Material to new unique keyword so so that the materials don't show up on other Power Armors.

    []Changed Atom Blessed to use new unique Lining.

    []Tweaked Leveled List to sometimes spawn with the new upgrades.

    []New world icon meshes to better represent their looks.

    Divided Armor

    • []Added Raider upgrades to all the chest pieces.

      []Tweaked Leveled List to sometimes spawn with the new upgrades

      []Updated world icons meshes to better represent their looks.

      Enemy Spawn.

      • Made enemies level with you. Still caps out at around level 70 like other similar NPCs to avoid sponges.

        Raider Materials

        Optional plugin that adds the option to apply the materials found in Raider Overhaul One and Super Mutant Redux to the Atom Blessed armors.

        4estGimp - Raider Overhaul ONE - All Files - No AWKCR by 4estGimp.

        Super Mutant Redux by MadMAX713 et al. (Any of the replacers will work fine, just needs the assets to work)

        Optional INI file for sorting.
