Reduces volume of all footstep sounds when wearing Power Armor.
Reduces volume of Power Armor footsteps on all surfaces.
I found the footsteps to be too obnoxiously loud. This applies to every type/model of power armor.

For files that were installed before the FOMOD version, remove the files in Data->Sound->FX->FST->ArmorPower.
