No Pipboy Static Background Sound and other sounds.
This remove the static background noise of the Pipboy as well as other sounds.
After 120 hours of gameplay i started to get annoyed by the background noise that Pipboy has, just one more annoyance to put a stop on.
Updates: 0. 2 - Decreased size of background noise file. Also added other Pipboy sounds and General sounds(hover mouse and main menu clicks) as Optional download. 0. 1 - Background noise removed.
