Quick Harvest adds a button to harvestable plants that allows you to instantly collect all of the food at your current settlement at once.
Optionally, if you have MCM installed you can choose to instead only harvest the type of plant that you have selected. If you choose to quick harvest mutfruit, then all mutfruit plants will automatically be harvested, and so on.

MCM is only required if you want to limit Quick Harvest to harvesting all of the selected type of plant at once.
Alternatively, open the console and enter the following command:
set QH_GLOB_HarvestEverything to 0
If you later on want to harvest everything at once, open the console and enter the following command:
set QH_GLOB_HarvestEverything to 1
