📋 About This Mod
This mod edits the "QuantumCreatureIntegration" (XX0488E6) to include a change made to the latest version of Plutonium Creatures. Hopper31 updated Plutonium Creatures on 26 December 2023 (Version 1. 15) to make it so that Plutonium Ones were only spawned where Glowing Ones do. Unfortunately, Quantum Creatures has not been updated as of the making of this mod (last update 24 October 2021) to include this change (among a couple of others) which means Quantum Ones are still spawned as normal Feral Ghouls making them a lot more than Plutonium Ones. This mod fixes this by making it so that they now are injected into the following lists:
-
[]LCharFeralGhoulGlowingOne
[
]LCharFeralGhoulGlowingOneAmbushLegendary[]LCharFeralGhoulGlowingOneLegendary
-
[]LCharFeralGhoulBoss
[]LCharFeralGhoulNoArmor
-
[]IMPORTANT NOTE! - In my testing, this mod does NOT work if installed mid-save if Quantum Creatures is already installed . They will still be spawned in place of Feral Ghouls. It only works with a new save. I do not know how this mod behaves if you install Quantum Creatures AND this mod mid-save.

This patch adjusts the QuantumCreatureIntegration quest to inject Quantum Ones into the Glowing One spawn list instead of the feral ghoul list. It's a small, targeted fix for Fallout 4 players who want Quantum Creatures to appear as glowing variants. With 26 endorsements and recent updates, it's a niche but functional tweak.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Does exactly what it says—no bloat, just a clean spawn list swap.
- Recent update (Nov 2025) shows the author is still maintaining it.
- Tiny download, so it won't eat your drive space.
⚠️ Cons
- Only 26 endorsements—this is a niche fix for a niche mod.
- Requires the base Quantum Creatures mod, so it's useless without it.
- Potential conflicts with other mods that edit the same quest or spawn lists.
For Fallout 4 players who use Quantum Creatures and want Quantum Ones to show up as glowing variants instead of regular ferals. Skip this if you don't use Quantum Creatures or if you're fine with the default spawn behavior.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the Quantum Creatures mod installed first, or this patch won't do anything.
- Load this patch after Quantum Creatures in your load order to ensure the quest edit applies correctly.
- If you use a mod manager, let it handle the file placement to avoid overwriting issues.
