📋 About This Mod

As the second in command in the BoS, you certainly deserve more lavish quarters on board the Prydwen than Danse's spartan room.

I have always been extremely jealous of the view Elder Maxson has from his briefing room aboard the Prydwen.

This mod is my jealousy put to a good use.

WHAT YOU GET:

As per usual with my mods, you get a blank canvas to fill with your own creativity - I'm giving you your very own room with a view and workshop access, so you can unleash all those decoration mods on it. It's also hopefully compatible with Transfer Settlements, so if you create a truly spectacular place out of it, you can grab it for another character.

The room is located in a separate cell, so there should be no lag other than what will be caused by the decorations you put in. The weather will change visually, just like it does in Maxson's briefing room.

To make the view even more awesome, I have built the entirety of the Prydwen outside and placed a few scribes and a lancer on the deck to make it look somewhat busy. They all have basic sandbox packages so they should go around and make use of the markers I placed there for them. Of course, it's not an exact copy of the actual Prydwen as far as details go - artistic license and all that - I just wanted it to look good, especially during the night.

Lighting the room was a bit tricky because I wanted to avoid the blinding glare from the metal floors that hurts your eyes pretty much everywhere else on the ship. Still, I wanted it to change with the time of day and remain believable, with just enough shadow and reflections to make it work. Note that nights may seem a bit dark, but it was deliberate.

(don't mind the dog, he insisted on being in the pictures)

IMPORTANT STUFF:

The weather may, very rarely, get out of sync with what you see outside and what you see in Maxson's briefing room. Not that much of a big deal, though, just assume post-apocalyptic weather changes really fast and you're good to go.

The room replaces the original Player Room on the Prydwen and, despite its name, is accessible to you right from the start. This is to allow all the Paladin Danse Fanciers out there to properly enjoy their time together with the Tin Can on the ship before everything goes to hell.

I did my best to position the room in the logical spot it would take on the Prydwen as far as the view outside goes. Obviously, there are no rooms with windows anywhere there, so no, it will not be visible from the airpor
