Home Plate Renovation

1/14/2017: I stopped working on this awhile back, hence the lack of updates. I wasn't particularly motivated to continuing working on it once better modders than myself tackled Home Plate. This was always a project about making Home Plate a cool place to crash. I highly recommend you check out some of the other ones out there, particularly Aloot's version which is lore friendly and very well done. However, if you really like this one I give full permission to edit, expand, or carry on with it, and to publish your version here or to Bethesda.net. The previous owner of Home Plate had a lot of caps to burn, and did some major renovations of the interior decor. Sadly, all of the furniture was appropriated by neighbors after his passing, but at you get to keep the walls, right?

This mod cleans up the interior, no more clutter, junk, or peeling tin panels on the walls. Dark marble lines most of the walls, with a warm tan stone flooring throughout. A basement was also dug out, with what appears to be plans for expansion. The electrical system was also redone, with a switch in each room. No more ugly wires hanging around, it's all interior work like a proper home. The original shape of the home remains, with minor modifications to fit the basement in.

The new Home Plate features fully updated navmesh to accommodate the changed floor plan. The workbench has been updated to include the entire settlement menu, so no need for another fix.

Future Plans: None. This mod has been dropped as better modders than myself have tackled Home Plate. Should I ever return to Fallout 4's modding scene I may finish this up or convert it to a standalone house.

Compatibility: This mod will obviously conflict with anything that edits the Home Plate interior, including any expanded scrap list mods out there. However, because I've removed everything that people could want to scrap, that's not an issue. If things don't show up, or you get things like the wooden floor panels showing up in your home plate, put it lower in your load order.
