This mod adds a Small Private Institute-like Bunker in sanctuary in that yellow house where the Workshop is by the power Armor station.
I made this mod a year ago to go together with the Workshop Synth Production mod, maybe you will find this useful as well.

1 Room made for the Synth Fabricator (you will have to place it yourself)
