Fixes power armor related bugs in xCADAVVERs 10mmAnims mod. Only non TR version.
Fixes the power armor walking sound placement and baby steps bug.
Why no Tactical Reload version?
Long story short, I created this patch primarily for my personal modpack, I don't use TR and therefore won't make a patch for it. If someone wants to make a TR patch with my edited animations, they are welcome to do so.
