Updated for Polluted Climate version 1. 08 and FROST version 0. 55.
I know there is a Winter version of Polluted Climate that probably fits the FROST theme better, but I liked the variation of the main mod, so here is the patch that I made for my personal use originally.
The patch adds atmospheric radiation to all non-radstorm Polluted Climate weathers, and turns down the rad damage magnitude of custom radstorm weathers to FROST standards.
INSTALLATION
Load this ESP after FROST.esp and PollutedClimate.esp.
I strongly recommend using Mod Organizer 2.
