This mod adds 123 lip and 117 nose piercing options, for both male and female characters.

I have always loved piercings in the Fallout universe, and one of the first things I did when FO4 came out was make piercings for my characters, they were crude, and stationary. Skip ahead to 2024, and now I have figured out how to get the piercings to move with your characters facial expressions, and you can see them change in real time when crafting.

There are 41 Lip Piercings for each gender.

There are 39 Nose Piercings for each gender.

They come in Black, Gold and Steel. With a huge amount of variety and possible combinations.

To get started, you need to craft a blank version from the Chemistry Station, after that you head over to the Armor Workbench and get customizing.

The piercings are considered headparts so they take up no armor slot and must be applied via a script when you equip the armor. This means they can be saved to a looksmenu face preset as well.

Because they are headparts they can not be applied to every NPC (this is just how the engine works sadly), to apply them the NPC must have the "Is Chargen Face Preset" option turned on. Most custom followers do have it turned on already, check below for more info on how to turn "Is Chargen Face Preset" on.

Also if you do not like the naming used in this mod, you can RENAME the piercings yourself in game. Like most armors/weapons.

Q: But Nivea there is already a mod similar to this out!

A: Yes, but not really. We go about it in very different ways and I provide full support for both Genders with is not currently true for the other mod.

Q: Where do I get the piercings from?

A: You craft a blank piercing at the Chemistry Station and then customize them at the Armor Workbench.

Q: I put the piercing on and it's not showing anything?

A: Make sure you went to the Armor Workbench and added piercings, otherwise try unequipping and reequipping the piercing. It can take a second for the piercings to all appear if you have a large amount of them applied.

Q: Does this work with "insert custom face meshes"?
