There’s guns, bullets, knifes, lasers, fucking teddy bears, radiation, and the

occasional deathclaw to do a number on your health.

I Kind of got tired of spamming

Stimpacks and reusing Mentats over and over again, so I was like, lemme make my own

After what feels like 7 years (but in reality took me 19 days),

I bring you… Pharmaceuticals of the Old World

Pharmaceuticals of the Old World adds a bunch

of pre-war medicine to the Commonwealth, introducing

17 brand new aid items, all balanced, lore-friendly, and seamlessly integrated

into the world.

From bandages and aspirin to white clover cream, antiseptic wipes, and

whole kits, these new items give players more variety in healing and survival without breaking 4’s gameplay balance or tone (they are balanced using the vanilla games base meds).

All items have been injected into leveled lists, they should pop up in medical containers, first aid kits, vendors, and loot.

I also included patches for MAIM - Redux and Immersive Animation Framework

for people who use those mods!

Installation

Just click install and use your favorite mod manager (MO2 recommended)

Install manually by dragging files into your Fallout 4 Data folder and overwrite when prompted.

(I recommend you don’t do this)

Compatibility

Compatible with all mods

Does NOT overwrite any vanilla items (except LL entries)

Let it overwrite any conflicting files if you have any, (but you shouldn’t because I didn’t touch nothing vanilla wise except the LL’s)
