📋 About This Mod
Turns the Lynn Parking location into a fully functional settlement!
The Parkit-Markit
_____________________________________
Location Info
_____________________The Parkit Markit (get it, because you can make a market, and it's... nevermind) is the Lynn Pier Parking structure, converted into a settlement. The fit is a little tight on the sides, but at each end of the structure I've included some space that can be used for farming, or placing larger workshops (conveyor belts, Robot Workshop, etc.). Note that the location is still called Lynn Pier Parking, and is not changed to the Parkit-Markit (although I guess it could be? If anyone wanted, I guess).

Things to be aware of
_____________________________________I've moved enemy spawns away, at least from vanilla (can't speak for the DLC spawns, not sure if they're in the same place) but I found during building I encountered groups of Rust Devils, I don't think they spawn inside the area but you'll likely have them very close by.
If you use the Subway Runner mod, you'll notice that the Lynn Station is located exactly on the edge of the settlement. While this does add the convenience of being able to have direct access from the subway to the settlement for you survival players, I'm unsure if the door adds any spawns, therefore having enemies spawn in the settlement. If anyone can confirm this, or make a patch that I can put up, I'd gladly receive any messages.
Try as I may, I could not get the water underneath the settlement to become usable for pumps, the only method would be raising the entire structure, which could merit a complete environment change, something that would likely only decrease the quality of the mod. That aside, there are still lots of pumps in vanilla, mods, and DLC's that don't require water.
