Unlock items that could not build in the following places.        Home plate (Diamond city house).        Airport.        Machinist's hideout.

Reduce shaking of scope.

Reduce explosion flash of Mini-Nuke.

Reduce Power armor's Fusion core consumption.

You can scrap Power armor parts in Settlement area.

Add happiness to all buildable beds.

Increase buildable generator's ability.
