Do you think Homeplate is boring and under used? try this version with new walls, floors, decorations and a baby deathclaw.
This is the save file for my homeplate build which seems to have gone down really well. Most players seem to hate homeplate because of the limits to the workshop but since we can build with mods we don't worry about such things, grab the cell ripper and add it to your game. one thing I should mention is I did not pay for homeplate I entered via the command console (Due to something in the story quest paying for homeplate becomes impossible at one point) so it wont appear on the mini map of the save game. Alot of time went into decorating this place so if you like it give it a thumbs up. all the files you need should be in the video description and this was saved pre-automatron so you shouldn't need that dlc.
