📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 591 endorsements and over 10k downloads.
- Fills a niche need for displaying notes and books that vanilla game doesn't cover.
- Lightweight and straightforward – no complex mechanics to learn.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2016, so it may have compatibility issues with newer game patches or DLC.
- Limited to notes and books – doesn't affect other collectibles like holotapes or magazines.
- Potential conflicts with mods that alter magazine rack or shelf meshes.
For Fallout 4 settlement builders who love detailed displays and want to show off their note and book collections. Also great for role-players who want to organize lore documents. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes – this is purely cosmetic.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Place racks on flat surfaces to avoid clipping issues.
- Use the workshop mode to assign notes to racks just like you would with magazines.
- If you have DLC, test in a settlement from the base game first to ensure no conflicts.
