📋 About This Mod
In short, this mod adds a holo tape that when read, will give access to the Ballistic Weave recipes. The holo tape is located within the Army Installation beneath the "Abandoned Shack".
The alternate CPL - version has the holo tape located within the Cambridge Polymer Labs instead, on the 2nd floor of the laboratories wing near one of the quest item "element canisters", with the appropriate text flavor changes.
I am aware, that there are already atleast two mods that do this, but I personally felt like adding a way that was a little more lore friendly without breaking the 4th wall.
