Disables sneak attack damage bonus for ranged attacks. Requested (kind of) by pkpg:
a bullet wound is a bullet wound, whether you were expecting it or not.
Note that this mod is not altering any perks, so perks that increase damage from ranged sneak attack will probably still increase damage from ranged sneak attacks. It also seems like there's no indicator for a successful sneak attack if there's no additional damage bonus.

Oh, and also, I'm not using this mod for my own playing, so I am unlikely to find bugs/oddities with it myself. Please let me know if you come across any such things.
