Neon Winter - Neon Flats Full Settlement

First of all, this mod would not be possible without the tutorial and the help of onnipajumaki, creator of the Full Settlement  versions of Noir Penthouse , Shroud Manor and Home Plate  (along other mods), so go give him some kudos and check his other mods! Second, this is my first mod. I've never worked with the Creation Kit before this so take it in consideration as you try the mod and report problems and bugs. Last but not least, english is not my native language so if you see any grammar error, misspelling or other kind of linguistic errors in the following description just give me a shout and I'll fix it okay :D !?

"So you just acquired a nice new flat, eh partner? I bet you're ready to transform this according to your taste, bring a lover to live together and call this your hom... What? You can't make the flat look the way you want it because of building restrictions? Also can't bring a friend to live with you? Rest assured: your problems have been solved!"

Noir Penthouse and Neon Flats are some of the only Creation Club mods that I have, and I really enjoy the quest, the location and the aesthetics of both of them. While Noir Penthouse has already been transformed in a full settlement by onnipajumaki, Neon Flats lacks the same treatment. And whats worse is the fact that Neon Flats have 2 floors - one pre-built and the other for you to build the way you want it (or so thats what Bethesda says...).

What this mod aims to do (and hopefully achieved) is to fix the neglection of Bethesda regarding this home mod, making possible for you to build freely and send companions to the Top Flor of Neon Flats. Just download it and put it anywhere in your load order and its ready to go.

• []Q: Can you transform both floors in full settlements?

• []A: Yes, its possible, but the mod already try to give you the best of both worlds, so I dont intend to.

    []A: I would love to do it, but I only have a gaming PC and even if I had a console I would probably lack the knowledge to port so... unfortunately, nop.

  []A: I think that it would be nice to be able to build the walls, floors and other things of the CC that are not currently avaiable (like this) but again I lack the knowledge to do it, but I do
