INSTALLATION / UNISTALLTION:
Navigate to your Fallout 4 root directory. Copy "Data" folder from the downloaded archive to your \Fallout 4\ folder.
KNOWN ISSUES:

[]2K version will replace every other face texture for every gender and complexion;

]2K version is incompatible with every other face texture mod (like brows, makeup, scars etc.); - 2K version corrupts some of male facial hair.
"Dark face" bug: this game requires every (almost) face texture to be same resolution. "Dark face" bug means that some of the textures you use have different from others resolution or diffrent compression method. So try to uninstall other mods related to character's face in order to get rid of this issue.
