Lore Friendly Goodneighbor overhaul that focuses on blending in with the vanilla game - with a very pretty player home fully decked out in static decor, custom furniture, and connected workbenches (house is less lore friendly than the town hehe). Adds a doctor, farming area, and more shelters for the drifters.

Mod started off as just wanting to add a doctor, it kinda blew up from there. ;) Mediumish overhaul to the Goodneighbor worldspace:
+ Adds shelters for the drifters who were literally sleeping on sidewalks.
+Makes Daisy's living area actually look lived in
+Doctors office with patients next to the Memory Den.
+Player Home up the fire escape behind the doctor's office, next to Hotel Rexford
+Player Home is decked out with static decor, working light switch, a nice shower with stat boost, clean water, and a sewer exit to downtown Boston.
+All containers do not respawn, workbenches are connected
+interior is navmeshed, but if you bring more than one companion there might be some issues. :p
+Apartment only version in optional files
