Home Plate Workshop Settlement

This simple mod turns Home Plate into a Workshop Settlement. It never made any sense to why you couldn't send your people there - it's the Great Green Jewel! Before someone comments, I know there are already some Home Plate mods out there but some of them do too little (in other words they lack supply lines and option to send companions) or they do too much (in other words change Home Plate entirely - either visually or technically). Thus I created this.

Changes:

• []You can create supply lines and send companions to Home Plate. []You can build all available items there. []The rotten wooden floor has been made scrappable if you want to get rid of it. []The concrete parts of floor had placement issues during testing so I unified it with the rest of the floor.
• Diamond City workbenches are linked to Home Plate's workshop.
