📋 About This Mod
Want to do more damage in key areas?
This mod makes head (and very often, torso) damage much higher, and limb damage much lower... if you're human.

Please note that I have made the damage for all parts of the Vertibirds 20% of what they used to be. Please let me know if this is in any way a problem, it's no issue to make versions where they are more or even less frail.
Super Headshots version replicates changes introduced with Realistic Headshots by shad0wshayd3; if you like this file, please endorse their mod too
Future plans (maybe) Anyone who knows their stuff with the CK, any help with this would be much appreciated: • Crippled limbs bleed, much more for humans/animals/creatures than for synths/mirelurks/bugs/ghouls/robots, etc. • Bleeding damage stops when limb(s) no longer crippled
Compatibility
Built in FO4Edit 3. 1. 3 EXPERIMENTAL, this mod changes body part data for everything except Liberty Prime. If you have another mod that changes any of those, conflicts will arise. Disable the DLC ESP if you don't have DLCRobot.esm, DLCCoast.esm and DLCNukaWorld.esmMy "Fallout 4 EXTREME Modded Survival" let's play and Fallout 4 Nexus uploads:

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 235 endorsements and over 6,800 downloads.
- Optional x20 headshots make combat brutally satisfying for stealth builds.
- Lightweight tweak that doesn't overhaul the whole game—just damage.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2017, so it may not be compatible with the latest Fallout 4 patches or DLC.
- No detailed description, so you're flying blind on exact values beyond the headline features.
- Potential conflicts with other damage or combat overhaul mods—test load order carefully.
For Fallout 4 players who want more realistic or punishing combat without a full overhaul. If you're a sniper or stealth character, the x20 headshots will make you feel like a god. Skip if you prefer balanced combat or use other damage mods that might clash.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or NMM, install this mod and let it overwrite any conflicting damage mods.
- For the x20 headshot option, make sure you download the correct optional file—check the mod page's files tab.
- Since this mod is from 2017, verify it works with your game version; if you have the latest patches, you might need to use a compatibility patch.
