Changes Mysterious Stranger NPC to a Miss Fortune NPC(from Fallout New Vegas) with custom outfit and sounds.
Mysterious Miss Fortune
(from Fallout New Vegas, not LoL)- --Description---
- Changes the Mysterious Stranger NPC to a female Miss Fortune NPC(from New Vegas), with custom dress, armor, and hat/crown, own music effect, and thanks to lazyradly custom activation icon.
The reasoning for the costume and crown is because I wanted to stay vanilla as possible, but still make her look as Miss Fortune. Miss Fortune in New Vegas had a cabaret/showgirl costume, with added armor. The Npc is Magnolia as she's the most likely candidate for the job, and her songs allude to an adventurous life.
Things that this mod does(in game): -Replaces the Mysterious Stranger(NPC;the yellow trench coat guy) with an female named Miss Fortune, from Fallout New Vegas. -adds Miss Fortune dress(modded Irma feathered dress) -adds Miss Fortune Crown(modded Lorenzo Crown) -adds Miss Fortune shoulder pad(modded metal armor) -custom activation icon(lazyradly's work) -custom sound effect/s
Things that it does not: -change the appearance chance(it depends on Luck and perk value) -change the note from Valentine, and his dialog regarding the Stranger -change the perk image in the perk poster
All items can de spawn by player and are wearable by both female and male PC. "help fortune 4" console command to see the items id's "player.additem [id number here]" to give self the items "player.placate 00188aa7" to spawn the Miss Fortune NPC(save before using this)
The Crown allows wearing glasses and face items.
The Dress is ballistic weaveable and allows wearing right arm armor.
The shoulder pad is already upgraded(RES 20 ballistic, 15 energy).
- --Install/Uninstall---
- Install using NMM.
- Download main file and install, or install optional files(INSTALL ONLY ONE FILE).
- Main file has custom perk sound from Magnolia's song.
- Alt file has the perk sound of the classic FO 3 Mysterious Stranger theme.
- Vanilla has the normal vanilla perk piano sounds Mysterious Stranger theme.
Uninstall using NMM by unequipping the
