Nerf Those Quick Hands
I dislike how fast the Quick Hands perk makes your reloads when combined with modded weapon's quick mag options.
This simple mod nerfs the perk down from -35% to -20% or -10%.
I find this more realistic while still being marginally beneficial.
ESL marked ESP to not count towards your ESP limit, and moveable within your Load Order.
Probably requires game version 1. 10. 163+
This is by no means a complicated or 'great' mod. Someone in my discord asked about why he was reloading super fast and I quickly put this together to help. This is the equivalent of a <3 minute job in FO4Edit.
