As the title says, this mod gives more points on the SPECIAL screen (e.g., the vault-tec registration form, respec before leaving Vault 111, etc.).
V1. 0 increases the available points to 28, meaning you can start off with everything at 5, or perhaps make five stats 3 and have the other two at 10, etc.
V1. 1 offers 33 points, much like the older Fallout games. With this, you can put six stats at 5, and have the other at 10.
