Sorry for taking so long with this. I honestly have nothing to blame aside from my own laziness.
Following merchants in the game now sell 5x their usual shipments:
Teagan - Brotherhood of Steel Quartermaster
Deb - Bunker Hill
Kay - Bunker Hill
Carla - Caravan
Cricket - Caravan
Lucas - Caravan
Dr Weathers - Caravan
Penny - Covenant
Arturo - Diamond City (Also includes 5 shipments of fibre optics)
Fallon - Diamond City
Dr Sun - Diamond City
Moe - Diamond City
Myrna / Percy - Diamond City (Should work for both of them, as they share the same merchant container)
KL-E-O - Goodneighbour
Daisy - Goodneighbour
Rufus - Goodneighbour
Third Rail - Goodneighbour
Tinker Tom - Railroad HQ
Alexis - Vault 81
Settlement Farm merchants
A number of merchants in the game do not use the same shipments system, and I was unable to edit them.
It also adds 5x shipments of Fiber Optics to Commonwealth Weaponry (Arturo) in Diamond City, continued on from my other mod; https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41022
I do intend to do one with DLC merchants too.

May be incompatible with other mods that effect merchant containers, yet does play nice with sorting mods, as seen in the screenshot.
