Description:
This mod changes the perks to include stats about the perks so you will be better informed about perk choices. If you ever wondered what the chance was for rifleman to cripple a limb then this mod is for you.
This mod only changes the descriptions of the perks to show the information that the vanilla perks hide from the user. For example instead of a slight chance to cripple the opponent from the rifleman perk it now lists that it is a 7% chance to cripple a limb.
This mod has no changes to the perks beyond the description changes therefore it will not change your perk level or effects.
Compatibility: This mod will be incompatible with any mod that edits the perks directly with an esp. However mods that edit the crafting requirements for items will be compatible with this mod. Make sure to check the list of changed perks in the readme as those perks will be the ones affected.
Note that the current patch for fallout 4 has disabled all esp mods when launching the game.
