Makes the Glowing Sea misty.
Makes the glowing sea weathers misty with a chance of fog. This is a sequel to my Clear Glowing Sea mod which I made to be used with desperados overhaul but I found I liked this better for exploring an irradiated forest. This mod copy's the misty and foggy weathers and gives them the glowing sea weathers IDs and comes in two versions, one with radiation damage and one without.
