YES THE FILE SIZE IS TINY... THIS IS AN EXTREME TINY MOD!!!!!
MANUAL INSTALLATION (You can install with Nexus Mod Manager if you want to skip manual install)
1. Just take the RadStorm.esp and drop it in Fallout 4\Data next to Fallout4.esm and any other mods you might have.
2. Open the plugin.txt found in %localappdata%\Fallout4 and type RadStorm.esp at the bottom of the file like this:
(To get to appdata folder go click windows flag bottom left corner and type %localappdata%\Fallout4 and press enter)
Fallout4.esm testmod.esp testmod2.esp testmod3.esp RadStorm.esp
3. Save the plugin.txt and make it read only by right clicking then properties.
