This mod fixes "Ability Condition Bug", or you might have known it as "Nerd Rage Bug".
Nerd Rage! and other perks, spells, abilities whatever you call them, have a critical bug where they stop evaluating conditions after a certain amount of time.
It was originally discovered by a reverse-engineer meh123 that this kind of glitch happens due to floating point error.
