mdkd's ELFX CTD fix

THE PROBLEM

Enhances Lights & FX changes many interiors found in Fallout 4. It's a good visual mod, but it has some issues. It deletes a static object from FO4.esm. Which means that the game will treat that static object as deleted. If a game function or a mod tries to access that (now deleted) object, the game will crash to desktop (CTD). So for example if you have a worldspace mod like Northern Springs, you will get a CTD when entering that worldspace. But it can happen in other mods as well.

I found this out by using Buffout 4 and the Crashlog Scanner. Excellent tools that are essential if you're running a heavily modded setup and want to find out what could cause the issues.

THE SOLUTION:

Thie ESL-tagged ESP reverts the deletion. The original state of that static object is copied over into this ESP. Technically my ESP now has 1 ITM (Identical to Master). This is INTENTIONAL. Do not clean this plugin with XEdit/FO4Edit.

FUTURE PLANS:

I have messaged the mod author of ELFX (Enhances Lights & FX) and told him about this problem. If he updates his mod and mod plugin and reverts the deletion of that one static object, this mod can be considered obsolete. Until then, my mod should be considered essential when playing with ELFX.

HOW TO INSTALL AND USE

Plug and Play. Version 1. 1 of this mod requires ELFX as master, so it should load afterwards automatically. If it doesn't, use a mod manager to make the ESP load afterwards.
