📋 About This Mod

Disclaimer: Because of much confusion, I am not the one making the overlays feature itself possible, there you have to thank our main man expired6978 for LooksMenu! Please support expired on Patreon, they have done great work with maintaining LooksMenu.

Next Gen update: Make sure you are running the LATEST requirements. This mod should work as long as the requirements are met, even after the Next Gen update! Please read the comments if you have issues, they have already been solved by other users.

I am not updating with new tattoos, but feel free to use my guide for making your own.

This is a body overlay mod for LooksMenu, adding a lot of tattoos for you to use. They are all grey scale for now, while I work on getting stuff to work for supporting colored tattoos (BGEM files are problematic). This also removes the necessity of using Unique Player, and makes everything work out of the box. Furthermore, you don't need to have any skill in photo editing, because you simply point and click at the tattoos you want to use.

This also makes it possible for you to customize your follower's tattoos, as you can edit their look with the ShowLooksMenu command.

If you want to add your own tattoos, download the sample overlays at LooksMenu (by expired6978), and read the guide I have created here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25125/?

Thanks for the awesome feedback! And thanks for the frontpage and MOTM too!

Currently there's 50+ tattoos for females, and 30+ for males

Thanks to It'sAGundam, AWAHERO and theDeluxeSam for featuring my mod in their videos!

Installation
Requirements:
  • []LooksMenu

    []F4SE

  • (Looks Mirror) Optional

With a mod manager: Install it as normal.

Without a mod manager: Extract the contents of the zip file to your data directory.

For the optional esl download: You also need the main file

    How to use
First option: Use Looks Mirror, it is the easiest way to enter the character editor, and has no potential of messing up your game.

Second option: You will need to first go into third person, then write "tfc 0" or "tfc 1" (the latter will stop time and also stop tattoos from updating realtime), move the camera to the angle you want to apply a tattoo to (you can't rotate your character in ShowLooksMenu), and type "ShowLooksM
