Lexington Apartments Settlement REDUX

Hi there! I took a break from Fallout and modding for a few years, and since I've had the desire again I wanted to go through my old mods and clean them up into something I would be happy using again. I published the first version of this mod 8 years ago(!!) as my first mod, seemed apt to start cleanup with the first one.

My vision for this was a small base of operations, private getaway for the Player Character and their partner companion(s), or a home for a specific character or two as opposed to a full bustling settlement. You have access to the 3rd and 4th floors (the first floor is in the exterior, and the second floor has collapsed into the first).

Features:

• []The settlement is entirely rebuilt! A full settlement - You can send companions there, and recruit settlers.

  []It will not be obtained through radiant quests, and will not be attacked, (personal preference, optional file considered if there's demand)

  []There's plenty of windows, and they all have a view with detailed LOD.

  []Lighting is affected by the time of day, and has shadows.

  []There's sunlights on the top floor. :)

  []Everything can be scrapped, apart from the bathroom on the 3rd floor (there's a useable sink in there!)

  []The dirt piles will be cleaned up when you either scrap junk pieces near it, or move the furniture it's around.

    []Mod does not touch precombines anywhere, and the original cell is untouched. Mod is a new cell with the load door redirected. This should ensure maximum compatibility. :)

  Notes:

  []Not a replacement for the old mod, that's why it's on a new mod page. You cannot upgrade to this one. The old page is still up for those with saves that require it and for archival reasons.
