Legendary Mutation Messages Fix - Cut Content Restored

In the base game, whenever a legendary enemy gets below 50% health, a "Legendary Enemy has mutated!" message occurs. This message is the same regardless of the mutation that occurs, so it's not very clear what this "mutation" does.

The game files have unused, unique messages that describe each mutation, but they aren't used. This mod restores the 4 unique messages so that instead of seeing the generic message, you'll now see one of the following messages (depending on the mutation):

Original messages in version 1. 0:

• []Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! Now doing double damage!

  []Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! Now doing poison damage!

  []Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! Now doing radiation damage!

  []Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! More accurate and doing more damage!

  Shortened messages in version 1. 1:

  • []Legendary Enemy has mutated to do double damage!

    []Legendary Enemy has mutated to do poison damage!

    []Legendary Enemy has mutated to do radiation damage!

    []Legendary Enemy has mutated to do more damage with better accuracy!

    INSTALLATION

    Install using a mod manager such as MO2 or Vortex.

    Shouldn't matter where this goes in your load order, but I recommend placing this higher up in your load in case anything happens to modify the same records modified in this mod.
