📋 About This Mod
I couldn't find a mod that made it so that every enemy in the game would be legendary, so I decided to make one for myself. I noticed a few other people had suggested it so I figured I'd upload it. Note that not all enemies can be legendary, mirelurk hatchlings or turrets for example cannot be legendary and will not be effected by this mod. Furthermore, I couldn't get it to make all enemies legendary, despite having increased the rarity and chance to 100%. That said however, around 80% of all the enemies you encounter are legendary ones.
The mod should be compatible with pretty much everything unless it also changes the legendary spawn rates. It will also work with old saves though you may have to wait 3 or 4 days to get them to start spawning. Balance wise it's pretty broken. The early game is extremely difficult and ammo count becomes a problem due to the large HP bars. If you don't like bullet sponge enemies, this won't be the mod for you.
Installation is as simple as extracting it into your data folder and then enabling it.
Note that legendary enemies cannot spawn until you reach level 8, so if you don't see them immediately, that may be why.
