Quest Requirements
To unlock most of this addon's content, one of the following conditions must be met:

]Progress the Vault 88 quest, Better Living Underground, up until you repair the first workbench and gain control of the vault as a settlement.[/][
]Craft the Vault-Tec Tools Holotape at a City Planner's Desk and use the Bypass Quest Requirements option in it.[/][
