It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World Or A Most Parsons State Insane Asylum Experience

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO PLAY OUT FIRST THE SECRET OF

CABOT HOUSE -QUEST BEFORE ADDING THESE MODS!

This release contains 1 external and 3 internal settlement sites at

Parsons State Insane Asylum -location in the game. All are vanilla,

meaning there is no need for other MODs or any of the DLC's. There

should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that

also affect Parsons area of course. However, I also highly recommend

using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g.

I do so myself.

-- The External Settlement --

Parsons Insane Settlement (ParsonsInsaneSettlement.esp),

is covering whole area inside the walls, and a tad more to make

building easier. There aren't much additional things, since I find

this place fun to build as it is. I hope you do also!

-- Internal Settlements --

Parsons Asylumium (ParsonsAsylumiumVillage.esp),

is situated right behind first door inside Parsons. I added some water

for the thirsty and I also added 2 somewhat downsized Large Water

Purifiers, which only need electricity to work.

Parsons State Funnery (ParsonsFunnery.esp),

is a 4 level structure to which I added some stairs, and water, and 2

downsized Large Water Purifiers. I also added some Workbenches.

Parsons Insanitarium (ParsonsInsanitarium. 2-0.esp),

has added water and 2 downsized Large Water Purifiers.

Feel free to move or replace elsewhere any of the added objects.  :)

Installing each of these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy

the *.esp file(s) from where you unzipped them into your

Fallout4/Data -folder!

These MODs are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed.

As of now, these MODs work ok on my PC, but I have not tested them

on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me

of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!

NOTICE: I hate making borders, so the Extarnal Settlement doesn't

have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want

to  make those borders?

Ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no

MUST to inst
