This has been irking me for a while. Since I couldn't see any other mod that changed the awful reflective floors when using an ENB in the institute I decided to make my own.
The reflective surface is still there, but it much closer to vanilla non ENB levels.
This is a very simple edit to 2 texture files. See pictures for comparisons.
These are loose files so let them overwrite any retextures you have installed. No ESP needed, they only affect 2 floor textures unique to the Institute so wont interfere with anything else.
